Crown Capital Co., Ltd. shall establish the "Basic policy against antisocial forces" as follows, and implement thorough action in accordance with this policy.

1. 1. We shall break any relationship with antisocial forces, including any business relationships with them. In addition, we shall reject any unreasonable demands by antisocial forces.
2. 2. In preparation for handling potential unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, we shall always strive to strengthen our cooperation system with external agencies, such as the police and lawyers(legal entities?).
3. 3. We shall take resolute legal action against any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces without compromising with them.
4. 4. We shall never engage in transactions or mediations with antisocial forces that encourage fund raising activities by antisocial forces.
